  • Strategic Kickoff Session where we dig into how your business operates, how you think and gather more detailed information so we can design a solution that works for you.
  • Customized Digital Operations Organization Plan to streamline your digital operations - inbox, files, task systems, communication flows, and more—tailored to you and your business.
  • Done-for-You Implementation & Organizing. Our team of Specialists work behind the scenes to carry out the custom plan: decluttering inboxes, organizing files, managing passwords, and streamlining systems for tasks and communication.
  • Progress Reporting & Visibility. You’ll receive regular updates showing what’s been completed and how many hours remain in your plan.
  • Team Training & Guidance (if applicable). Guidance on best practices, naming protocols, communication standards, and support the habit shifts that make it last. Keeps your team aligned, efficient, and organized long-term.
  • Ongoing Maintenance & Refinement. Digital clutter creeps back in, we keep it in check. From tweaks to tune-ups, we’ll keep things aligned and clutter-free.
  • Time allotted must be used prior to renewal date - no carry over. Additional time used will be billed automatically at $245/hour.
  • Automatically renews until you cancel 1 calendar month ahead of your renewal date.​

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Meetings/Sessions Cancellations:  Out of respect, we ask that you give us at least a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice for any meeting times and sessions scheduled to avoid being charged.

Plan Cancellations:  You must provide written notice no later than 1 calendar month ahead of your auto-renewal date.  For example:  If your quarterly plan is set to auto renew on February 1st, you must provide notice by January 1st.
